Erik has a both broad and detailed knowledge of the radio access network in GSM, UMTS and LTE. He has been working with requirements specifications, network strategies, network plans, cell planning, network optimization and network deployment processes. Erik combines the abilities to work on a detailed complex technical level with a strategic insight and the ability to synthesis the information into steering group and board decision material.
Erik has a vast experience from working with different Mobile Network Operators all over the world. His edge is in the early stages of the deployment such as license applications, infrastructure sharing agreements and procurement projects. He also has a thorough knowledge of the day to day planning and operation of a mobile network

– Representing a Mobile Network Operator in negotiations with another operator regarding network plan for a possible infrastructure operator.
– Project management and technical responsible for procurement of a new GSM/LTE shared network.
– Project management and technical responsible for procurement of a new GSM/UMTS network.
– Technical advisor in a UMTS/HSDPA procurement project in South America.
